Cómo omitir una línea de Excel usando un ciclo en Java para un progtwig de automation de Selenium

Estoy tratando de hacer un progtwig de selenium para conectarse en un sitio específico, iniciar session y luego poner en los cuadros de búsqueda lugares y direcciones que tomo de un file Excel y cuando la búsqueda se complete para agregar una revisión en el sitio. Sin embargo, algunos lugares ya se han revisado y no se pueden volver a revisar, por lo que mi pregunta es cuándo se revisa un lugar para hacer que vuelva a search pero tomar información de la siguiente celda de Excel en lugar de utilizar la misma. Sé que probablemente haya un simple responda a esto, pero no puedo encontrar la manera de searchlo más específicamente. Espero que pueda ayudarme. Aquí está todo mi código.
